SHOW MANAGEMENT
HEX Entertainment Inc. Event: Holiday Wonder Venue: BMO Centre, Stampede Park 20 Roundup Way SE, Calgary, AB T2G 2W1
Show Management (herein called “Management”) and the event facility (herein called the “Venue”), in conjunction with the City of Calgary (herein called the “City”), oversee the operation of Holiday Wonder.
GENERAL TERMS
- All persons entering the property, grounds, and facilities do so at their own risk. Management, the Venue, and the City do not accept liability for loss, injury, or damage to persons or vehicles.
- In the event of a medical emergency, please notify event staff immediately. Staff and volunteers are trained to assist.
- Pets are not permitted inside the Venue.
- Please remain within designated event areas and obey all posted signs and staff directions.
POLICIES
- Smoking & Vaping – The Holiday Wonder event is smoke- and vaporizer-free. Smoking is permitted only in designated areas outside the event gates.
- Conduct – Any behavior that disrupts another guest’s enjoyment, threatens safety, or violates City bylaws, provincial, or federal law may result in immediate ejection from the Venue and possible prosecution.
AGREEMENT
By entering Holiday Wonder at the BMO Centre, Stampede Park, you acknowledge and agree to these Terms and Conditions. Management reserves the right to update policies as needed to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all guests.
